Construction of South Creek Footbridge, St Marys

Contract Period: 30th September 2014 - 24th March 2015

Details: The contract entailed the construction of bridge approaches, and the construction of a 5 span in-situ reinforced concrete footbridge on precast pre-stressed concrete beams. Finishing works included the construction of a footbridge approach footpath connecting to the existing footpath facilitating pedestrian traffic along the southern access of Great Western Highway. The footbridge is to be constructed to the same extent and skew as the existing road bridge along Great Western Highway over South Creek.
